As a consultant my style is very much one of partnership; I seek to work closely with you to help uncover the issues that are critical to you and then move to design and implement a solution tailored to your needs. My work is centred on coaching and facilitating groups and individuals, assisting in the following ways:

		Coaching – Executive & senior management		Through coaching I help individuals to unlock their power, extend their range of possibility and improve their self awareness and understanding.
		Team building & coaching		Working with teams I help them to identify their collective calling, improve their working relationships and communicate more freely, openly and authentically.
		Facilitation		Introducing a new order of communication and conversation within any kind of group calls for a new approach to the traditional business meeting. Facilitation and/or dialogue offer a different way of conversing that allows more space for improved listening and unconstrained expression.
