My role is all about bringing out the very best in people at work. What really excites me is to help transform the way people are at work allowing them to find their full power and expression. I look to the very fundamentals of how people work together in order to deliver the best possible results for them as individuals and for their organizations.

I say it is. It was during my time as the Risk Director of Egg that, guided by professional coaches, I undertook a personal transformation as a leader of people with a deep commitment to their free expression and development. Through this process I was able to see the amazing effects of such interventions on individuals and groups; their renewed courage and commitment evident in powerful conversations for possibility leading to real and unexpected action and progress.

My passion lies in helping people, teams and organizations live their true potential. Through coaching and facilitation work with groups I will work with you to:
