Before becoming a business coach and facilitator I had a full and successful career in banking and financial services. I have held senior management positions for many years (including 4 years as a board director of Prudential Banking plc) culminating in the position of Risk Director at Egg plc. My career spans banking operations, the full spectrum of credit management, financial regulation and compliance, corporate governance and risk management.

Making the leap from risk management to executive coaching and facilitating was an exciting change for me. Through participation in an executive transformation programme at Egg, I had come to realize that my future career would have people at its heart. This profound experience gave me the insight needed allowing me to better understand and empathize with those on their own journeys perhaps stuck at a particular crossing or uncertain what to do next. Consequently, whilst at Egg I further developed my coaching and facilitation skills through training and by taking on opportunities in Egg as they arose and after leaving there undertook a self-directed learning programme in order to consolidate my earlier practical experience and to shift my career focus towards helping organizations find their leadership style, design their strategy, value their people, introduce real communication and dialogue and thrive in a world of change.

I believe in the unbounded potential of human beings. My commitment to people and my broad corporate experience combine to provide a distinctive brand of intervention and collaboration with organizations of all kinds.
